TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ELIGIBILITY

Purchaser must be (a) 18 years of age or older, (b) a qualified researcher affiliated with a recognized research institution, or (c) operating a properly licensed laboratory facility. By placing an order, you certify that you meet these requirements.

2. INTENDED USE

All products sold by PEPGOD are for laboratory research purposes only. Purchaser agrees not to use products for human consumption, clinical applications, veterinary use, or any purpose other than legitimate scientific research.

3. NO WARRANTY

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PEPGOD makes no claims regarding efficacy, safety, or suitability for any particular research application. Certificates of Analysis reflect analytical data only.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PEPGOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability associated with handling, storage, and research applications.

5. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws governing research chemical acquisition, possession, and use.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data Collection: We collect name, institution affiliation, shipping address, and contact information necessary to process research compound orders.

Data Use: Information used solely for order fulfillment, quality assurance documentation, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

Data Security: Customer information stored on encrypted servers with restricted access protocols.

Retention: Purchase records retained for 7 years to comply with research chemical handling regulations.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All shipments via temperature-controlled cold-chain logistics. Delivery requires signature confirmation. PEPGOD is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier or customs. International orders subject to additional compliance verification.

RETURNS

Returns accepted only for unopened products with verified temperature indicators within 7 days of delivery. Contact research@pepgod.com to initiate return authorization. Refunds processed after product integrity verification. Shipping costs non-refundable.
